1. Acceptance of Terms
Access to Mendrix is conditioned on acceptance of this legal agreement. When you create an account, browse the platform, upload material, or otherwise interact with the application, you acknowledge that these terms apply to your activity and form a binding arrangement between you and the operator of the Service.
Anyone who does not wish to accept these conditions must discontinue access and refrain from further use. Continued interaction with the application after reviewing these terms indicates that you understand and accept the obligations described here.
2. Service Description
Mendrix provides a digital environment for private social sharing and the management, organization, and presentation of personal identity-related content, including edited photo publishing within in-app feeds and storage areas. The Service may include tools, interfaces, and account functions that evolve over time.
Operational features, visual layouts, publishing options, and availability may be revised, expanded, limited, or discontinued as the platform develops. Access is not promised on a permanent, uninterrupted, or error-free basis, and some portions of the Service may become unavailable without compensation or prior announcement.
3. User Responsibilities & Conduct
Use of the application is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By accessing Mendrix, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that any information submitted in connection with your account is accurate and current.
All users are expected to behave responsibly and lawfully. The following conduct is prohibited:
- engaging in unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, or abusive activity;
- harassing, threatening, exploiting, or intimidating other individuals;
- uploading or transmitting malicious code, spyware, viruses, or harmful scripts;
- attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or networks;
- using the platform in a manner that disrupts, overloads, or damages normal operation;
- posting or sharing content that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity taking place through your account. If a breach of security or unauthorized access is suspected, prompt notification should be sent to support@mendrix.com.
4. Intellectual Property
The application itself, including its software, design elements, interface structure, branding, graphics, compilations, and underlying technology, remains the property of its developer or applicable licensors. Those materials are protected by intellectual property and unfair competition laws.
A limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission is granted solely for personal use of the Service in accordance with these terms. That permission does not include ownership of any part of the platform.
Except where the law clearly permits otherwise, you may not copy, republish, distribute, adapt, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from the application or its protected components without prior written consent.
5. Disclaimer
Mendrix is offered on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, the Service is supplied without guarantees of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
No representation is made that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, fully accurate, free from defects, or suitable for every intended purpose. This includes, without limitation, any implied warranties relating to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or reliability.
Your decision to rely on, access, or interact with the Service is made at your own discretion and risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the developer, operator, affiliates, licensors, and service providers connected with Mendrix shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from or related to the application.
This exclusion includes, among other things, damages connected to loss of revenue, lost profits, loss of business opportunity, data loss, corruption of files, service interruption, device issues, reputational harm, or the inability to access or use the platform.
These limitations apply whether a claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, or another legal theory, even where the possibility of such harm had been communicated in advance.
7. Account Termination
Access to Mendrix may be suspended, restricted, or ended whenever necessary to protect the platform, its users, legal interests, or operational integrity. Such action may occur immediately and may take place without prior notice.
Grounds for action may include suspected misconduct, breach of these terms, legal complaints, prolonged inactivity, security concerns, or technical and business reasons affecting the Service.
You may stop using the application at any time. Ending use of the Service does not automatically remove obligations that, by their nature, continue after access ends, including sections addressing ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute handling.
8. Terms Modification
From time to time, these terms may be revised to reflect legal developments, product updates, security needs, or changes in business operations. When that happens, the updated version may be posted within the application or on the associated website with a revised effective date.
It is your responsibility to review the current text periodically. If you continue using Mendrix after revised terms become effective, that later activity will be treated as acceptance of the updated rules then in force.
9. Governing Law
These terms, along with any dispute arising from or relating to Mendrix, will be interpreted under the laws of the jurisdiction determined by the operator of the Service, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require the application of another legal system.
Before formal proceedings are started, the parties should attempt to resolve disagreements through good-faith communication. If a matter cannot be settled informally, it may be submitted to a court or other dispute resolution forum with proper authority over the issue and the parties involved.
